Topstep net calculator
Topstep costs add up quietly. A monthly Combine fee, a reset here and there, the activation when you pass. Put in what you have actually paid and what Topstep has paid you, and see your real net.
Fill in what you have paid Topstep and what they have paid you. The total updates as you type.

How to read your Topstep number
Your Topstep net is everything Topstep has paid you, minus everything you have paid Topstep. The cost side is easy to undercount, because the Combine fee renews every month whether you trade well or not, and the resets feel small in the moment. Add every one. The payout side is only money that actually reached your account, not a balance you have not withdrawn.
Return per dollar is your payouts divided by your total spend. Under 1.0 means Topstep has taken more than it has given you so far. That can flip with one good funded run, which is exactly why it helps to watch the number instead of guessing.
Trade more than one firm?
Most prop traders fund a few firms at once, and a good month at one can hide a bad year at another. If that is you, the prop firm profit calculator adds up every firm into one combined net, and this guide walks through the full picture.
Keep your Topstep number current.
Tradacy logs every Combine fee, reset, and payout in about ten seconds each and keeps your real net updated, for Topstep and every other firm you fund. Free for one firm.
Should I count every month of the Combine fee? +
Yes. The monthly subscription is money out whether or not you passed that month, so every month belongs in the cost side. Skipping the months you would rather forget is the most common way the number gets flattered.
Does this connect to my Topstep account? +
No. You enter the totals yourself, and nothing is sent anywhere. If you want it tracked automatically as you go, Tradacy keeps a running net from your logged entries.
What is a good Topstep net? +
Any positive number means Topstep has paid you more than it has cost you, which most traders never confirm. The honest goal is a return per dollar above 1.0 across your whole history, not a single big payout.
Tradacy is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Topstep. Topstep is a trademark of its owner, used here only to label your entries. Topstep's own pricing can change, so use the amounts you actually paid.
