01 What Tradacy is

Tradacy is a tool for tracking the money that moves between you and prop trading firms. You log what you pay for evaluations, resets and fees, and what firms pay you back. Tradacy adds it up so you see one net number. That is the whole job.

Tradacy does not connect to your broker or your firm. You enter the amounts yourself, or import a CSV on a paid plan. We never place trades, move money, or touch your funded accounts.

02 Not advice

Tradacy reports numbers you give it. It does not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice. What you do with your money is your call. If you need advice, talk to a professional who knows your situation.

03 Not affiliated with any firm

Tradacy is independent. We are not partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apex, Topstep, Tradeify, MyFundedFutures, or any other prop firm. Firm names belong to their owners and we use them only to label your entries.

04 Your account

You need to be at least 18 to use Tradacy. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Email support@tradacy.com if you think someone else got in.

05 Plans and payment

Free covers one firm, forever. Pro and Lifetime unlock the rest. Prices are on the pricing page and can change, though a change never touches a Lifetime purchase you already made.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the period you paid for runs out. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, so your statement may show Paddle. We do not store your full card number. Starting a trial needs a card. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then to avoid a charge.

06 Refunds

Tradacy is sold through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. You can request a refund within 14 days of any charge, for any reason. Email support@tradacy.com and we will refund it through Paddle, back to your original payment method.

07 Fair use

Do not break the service, resell it, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal. Do not upload data that is not yours to upload. We can suspend an account that does.

08 Your data is yours

Everything you log belongs to you. You can export it or delete it whenever you want. How we handle it is in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.

09 Uptime

We work to keep Tradacy running, but we cannot promise it is up every second. We may change features, pause for maintenance, or retire parts of it. We will give notice when a change is big.

10 No warranty, limited liability

Tradacy is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is error free or that the numbers are right, since they depend on what you type. To the extent the law allows, Cassiene LLC is not liable for losses that follow from using, or not being able to use, Tradacy, including trading losses. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

11 Ending it

You can stop using Tradacy and delete your account anytime. We can end your access if you break these terms. Some parts, like the liability and data sections, survive after you leave.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any disputes go to the courts there.

13 Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so here and update the date at the top. Using Tradacy after a change means you accept it.
