Affiliate Terms

Last updated June 18, 2026

These terms govern the Tradacy affiliate program, run by Cassiene LLC, a Wyoming company. By joining the program or using an affiliate link or code, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not join.

01 The program

The Tradacy affiliate program lets approved people promote Tradacy and earn a commission when a new customer they refer pays for a plan. It is non-exclusive. We can run our own marketing, work with other affiliates, and contact customers directly. Joining does not make you our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot speak or sign for Tradacy.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You apply by contacting us, and we approve affiliates at our discretion. We can decline or remove anyone, for example if the content does not fit Tradacy or breaks these terms. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and for following the laws and platform rules where you operate.

03 How you earn

You earn 20% of the payment on a qualifying sale:

A sale qualifies only when the referred person is a new Tradacy customer (not an existing or returning paying customer), was attributed to you under section 04, completes a real payment, and that payment is not refunded or reversed. Free signups and trials do not earn a commission on their own. A trial earns once it converts to a paid period. We can change commission rates going forward, and a change takes effect on the first day of the month after we post it. Rate changes do not apply retroactively to sales already made.

04 Tracking and attribution

You get a unique referral link, and we may also give you a discount code for your audience. A referral is attributed to you when someone clicks your link and then subscribes within 60 days, on a last-click basis, or when they use your code at checkout. If two affiliates could claim the same sale, the most recent click wins. Tracking depends on cookies and the customer's browser settings, which are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee every referral is captured.

05 Payment

Commissions are calculated monthly. A commission is held until the 14-day refund window on that sale has passed, then becomes payable. We pay out monthly, by Wise or PayPal, once your payable balance reaches $50. Balances under $50 roll forward until they clear the threshold. You are responsible for giving us correct payment details and for your own taxes. Payments are in US dollars.

06 Refunds and clawbacks

No commission is earned on any payment that is later refunded, charged back, credited, or otherwise reversed, including under our 14-day refund policy. If we already paid a commission on a sale that is later reversed, we may deduct that amount from your future commissions, or ask you to repay it if there are no future commissions to offset. Commissions on subscriptions stop when the subscription is cancelled or lapses.

07 How you may promote

Promote Tradacy honestly. Use your own channels and cover your own costs. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission, the way the FTC and similar rules require. Keep claims truthful: report real numbers, do not promise profits, and do not present Tradacy as financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Your content must follow the rules of the platforms you post on.

08 What you may not do

If you break these rules we can void the affected commissions and remove you from the program.

09 Brand and trademarks

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Tradacy name and logo only to promote Tradacy, following any brand guidance we share. All rights in the Tradacy name, logo and product stay with Cassiene LLC. Do not alter the marks, register confusingly similar names or domains, or use the brand in a way that suggests you are Tradacy or that we endorse you. This right ends when you leave the program.

10 Independent contractor

You take part as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of Cassiene LLC. You have no authority to bind us, incur costs for us, or make promises on our behalf.

11 Term and termination

The program runs until either side ends it. You or we can leave at any time, with notice by email. If you leave, or we end your participation, for any reason other than a breach of these terms or fraud, we will still pay commissions you properly earned up to that point, on the normal schedule. If we end your participation for breach or fraud, unpaid and reversed commissions are forfeited. When you leave, stop using your links, codes and our brand, and the program rights end.

12 No warranty, limited liability

The program is provided "as is". We do not promise any minimum earnings, traffic, conversion, or that tracking is perfect. To the extent the law allows, Cassiene LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is capped at the commissions we paid you in the 12 months before the claim.

13 Changes

We may update these terms or the program. If a change matters, we will post it here and update the date at the top. Staying in the program after a change means you accept it.

14 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any disputes go to the courts there.
